The Pisces Restaurant was first established in 1985 as a fish restaurant offering mainly a local cuisine prepared in the traditional method by a family run company. As from February 2003 the premises have been under new management by Mario Xuereb. With a background in catering with prestigious hotels around the Maltese Island, Mario founded his first company Southern Caterers Ltd in 2003, with the opening of Pisces Restaurant in Marsaxlokk. Pisces Restaurant has grown to be an established name in the South of Malta specialising in fresh fish while attracting not only local clientele but also foreign tour operators and visiting tourist. Pisces Restaurant enjoys a full view of the picturesque harbour, thus, with indoor and outdoor seating; it is a relaxing atmosphere for a memorable dinning experience.

Continuing to expand in the hospitality industry, Mario Xuereb is also the co-owner of Tapram Ltd, car hire, leasing and chauffeur service, and Harbour Lodge, four star self catering guesthouse in Marasxlokk.

The company’s aim is to offer clients a complete package, not only to local clientele but especially tourist on their stay on the Maltese Island by providing quality service at the best possible value.
